If sited with the double garage facing forward, this model sits tidily on a narrow lot and still provides a dramatic angled entry. Turn ninety degrees and the entry is equally dramatic, but the garage virtually disappears as a side entry!
The interior provides plenty of drama as well, including a spacious and functional angled entry which opens to a living room enhanced by a cathedral ceiling. A two-sided fireplace provides gentle separation of the living and dining areas while casting a pleasing glow on both.
The island kitchen and adjoining dining area ensure casual and inclusive meals. The main level is completed by a comfortable master bedroom with walk-in closet and conveniently located bathroom complete with laundry.
