Architectural Design & Artistic Direction

Jennifer Larocque, architectural designer

Jennifer Larocque is an architectural designer and Artistic Director at Drummond House Plans. Also known as Jenn X Drummond House Plans, she has been part of the company since 2018. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), a multidisciplinary design program that includes architectural design and the design of built environments.

Specializing in residential design and house plan design, Jennifer contributes to the creation and evolution of Drummond House Plans’ collections. Her approach focuses on functional, inviting spaces designed around contemporary lifestyles, with particular attention to residential architecture and evolving home design trends.

Through Jenn X Drummond House Plans, she also shares design inspiration, renovation ideas, and practical approaches to creating functional living spaces. Her work and residential design expertise have also led to appearances in podcasts and television, including Réno des Morin-Perras.

Yves Carignan has been co-owner of Drummond House Plans since 2002 and has been part of the company since 1997. He is actively involved in managing and evolving the business, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.

With strong experience in the housing industry, he contributes to developing solutions tailored to the needs of modern families, both for new construction and renovation projects.

He also helps maintain high quality standards and consistency across the company’s house plan collections, custom designs, and renovation services.

Marie-France Roger, Co-owner & Digital Strategy

Marie-France Roger has been co-owner of Drummond House Plans since 2002 and has been actively involved in the company since 1993, working alongside her partner, Yves Carignan. She plays a key role in the development and growth of the family business.

With over 30 years of experience in residential design, she helps guide the company’s plan collections while simplifying the complexities of construction and renovation for today’s homeowners. Through her content, she shares practical and accessible insights, highlighting solutions such as multi-generational homes, flexible layouts, and optimized living spaces.

She is also actively involved in the company’s content strategy, helping homeowners better understand construction, renovation, space planning, and modern residential design trends.

Alexis Carignan, Director of Operations

Alexis Carignan serves as Director of Operations at Drummond House Plans. As part of the family business, he oversees internal processes and ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the company.

He is also responsible for managing the network of home design professional offices while helping maintain consistent service quality across Canada. His role is essential in supporting the company’s growth and ensuring efficient, high-quality project delivery.
