Marie-France Roger

Marie-France Roger has been co-owner of Drummond House Plans since 2002 and has been actively involved in the company since 1993, working alongside her partner, Yves Carignan. She plays a key role in the development and growth of the family business.

With over 30 years of experience in residential design, she helps guide the company’s plan collections while simplifying the complexities of construction and renovation for today’s homeowners. Through her content, she shares practical and accessible insights, highlighting solutions such as multi-generational homes, flexible layouts, and optimized living spaces.

She is also actively involved in the company’s content strategy, helping homeowners better understand construction, renovation, space planning, and modern residential design trends.

Yves Carignan

Yves Carignan has been co-owner of Drummond House Plans since 2002 and has been part of the company since 1997. He is actively involved in managing and evolving the business, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.

With strong experience in the housing industry, he contributes to developing solutions tailored to the needs of modern families, both for new construction and renovation projects.

He also helps maintain high quality standards and consistency across the company’s house plan collections, custom designs, and renovation services.

Alexis Carignan

Alexis Carignan serves as Director of Operations at Drummond House Plans. As part of the family business, he oversees internal processes and ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the company.

He is also responsible for managing the network of home design professional offices while helping maintain consistent service quality across Canada. His role is essential in supporting the company’s growth and ensuring efficient, high-quality project delivery.

He also contributes to improving workflows, quality consistency, and project coordination across the company’s nationwide network of home design professionals.

Jennifer Larocque, also known as Jenn X Drummond House Plans, has been part of the next generation of the company since 2018. She holds a bachelor’s degree in design and stands out for her creativity and modern approach to residential spaces.

Highly active on social media, especially on Instagram, she is recognized for her accessible design ideas and practical home inspiration. Her content focuses on modern home trends, renovation inspiration, functional interiors, and practical ideas adapted to today’s lifestyles and evolving family needs.
