What is clutter? Clutter refers to anything unfinished, unused, unresolved, tolerated and disorganized. Clutter consists of those items in our surroundings that have no home of their own. Clutter creates stagnation, a lack of energy in our spaces and in our minds. It encourages a sense of procrastination, a putting off for tomorrow what we can do today.
Things that are loved, used and appreciated have strong, vibrant energy around them. When we surround ourselves with things we love, things that have vibrant energy, we have clarity and focus in our lives. When we are surrounded with things that hold negative memories, things that are no longer useful, things we don’t love, we lack focus and direction.
