When Alexane Rivard reached out to us to design her family home, we knew right away this would be a special project. Authentic, creative, and detail-oriented (in the best way), Alexane had a clear vision: a warm, timeless home that blends farmhouse charm with the real needs of a modern young family.
The result? The Rivard #3732 model — now part of our standard collection and quickly becoming one of your absolute favorites.

A custom home, built to last
From the very first meetings, Alexane had a strong vision for what she wanted:
- A bright, spacious and functional entrance
- A large walk-in pantry with the fridge inside (super practical!)
- A playroom right next to the living room to keep an eye on the kids
- A mudroom and laundry area on the main floor (team efficiency!)
- Three kids’ bedrooms, including one larger room
- And of course… a wraparound porch for those dreamy slow mornings 🌿
The final result? A 2,754 sq. ft. home full of character, where nothing was left to chance. From 9-foot ceilings and abundant windows to a work-from-home nook upstairs, and a bathroom with a wet zone (a game-changer with little ones!) — the Rivard model brings it all together in a cozy, inviting farmhouse-inspired design.

Once they were comfortably settled in their home, Alexane and her partner decided to add a detached garage, both for practicality and aesthetics.
