Modern bungalow

Modern bungalow

Inspired by plan 2192, this comfortable home, model 3128, has the striking curb appeal so popular with those who prefer the “ZEN” look in a modern bungalow with contemporary style and almost 175 sq. ft. of extra space in a well designed interior that has even more conveniences. The galley style kitchen has a large 8′ x 7′ island with room to seat 4 and there is also a breakfast/dining room nook that has solarium style windows and a built in hutch that can be replaced by bench seating if that choice appeals to the occupants.

Upon entering the main foyer, with its split level to the living area and large closet, the open feeling of this home gives the impression of space and the washer/dryer pair on the main level are cleverly hidden in the large, well appointed bathroom that has a separate bath and 5′ x 3′ shower enclosure. An abundance of natural light enters the main living area through the many large windows and the sleeping area stretches the entire depth of the home to include two nicely sized bedrooms. The master bedroom offers the convenience of his and hers closets while the secondary bedroom is large enough to fit a double bed.
