If you love Victorian architecture here is a beautiful example which will certainly be a pleasure for you to discover.

Outside, the two storey turret, is wrapped in a gallery adorned with turned posts, angled trim and serrated beam above, all of which combine to give this home its Victorian charm. Serrated mouldings, principally under the eaves, contribute to the cachet.

Upon entering the large entry hall there is a closed living room that could very well serve as an exceptional space for a home office to one side and access to an intimate dining room on the other. At the rear of the house is a large, abundantly fenestrated family room, reminiscent of a solarium, which flows into a beautiful and comfortable breakfast area. Nearby, an attractive kitchen is equipped with a uniquely styled and very practical pantry.

On the upper level, there are two beautiful secondary bedrooms with a bathroom attributed to them and a separate laundry area whose location on this floor is sure to be appreciated. The master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom which is as private as it is original has a separate toilet enclosure and a large shower. Not to be overlooked is that vast bonus space (459 sq. ft.) located above the double garage just awaiting your inspiration.
