This modified version of house plan #3032 incorporates the Northwest / Craftsman influences in design.

Like the original model, each unit enjoys an inviting covered main entrance and comfortable and efficient interior. The efficient main floor is enhanced by plenty of windows overlooking the back yard. The kitchen with island forms the social hub of the living space.

Upstairs, one finds three large bedrooms including a generous master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom access. Laundry is conveniently located on the bedroom floor.
